How Does One24 Work?
From the moment you make your first purchase of the Natraburst product, and enroll in monthly auto-ship, the company considers you to be a Preferred Customer, or PC. Every PC is given 24 green tickets that are to be used over the period of 24 months (one per month) to enroll new preferred customers.
The Income Centers
Green Income
This part of the compensation plan is really simple.
You get paid for every PC you personally refer, as well as the PC's they refer, down through 12 tiers.
Looking at the green income model below, you can see that if you only used 3 of your green tickets, and then all of your referred PC's do the same, your green income will cap out after only 18 months.
Silver Bonus Program
The company sets aside 16% of total sales in the Silver Bonus Program (divided into 2 silver pools - 8% each).
The first of the silver pools is divided evenly among PC's during their first four months with One24, based on the number of months they have been active.
Example: If you are a PC in your 4th month, you would receive a bonus from each of the four segments (2% + 2% + 2% + 2% = 8%).
The other 8% bonus pool is dedicated to the Silver Performance Bonus. The amount of this bonus depends on the "point shares" you have, multiplied by the value of a share.

The "Gold Rush"
This term is used to describe what happens on the 24th of every month. Basically, any unused ticket from anywhere in the linear structure is up for grabs. There is, however, a 15 day safety period on your first green ticket. This means that if you get your first ticket on the 16th of the month, you have until the entire month to give it away!

Platinum Bonus Pool
On top of all of the other parts of the Income Center, this pool contains another 4% of company monthly sales.
